ROGERS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEYISPUBLIC ENEMY NUMBER ONEOur two sons, who have no criminal records, were victims of crime on different occasions but were arrested by two political police officers . These petty, worthless, sorry, low-life, scumbag, political police officers ignored the crimes that had been committed against our sons and attempted to frame our sons on false fabricated charges for the purpose of achieving political gain for themselves. These police officers are criminals.
After posting cash bonds we were illegally required by the petty, worthless, sorry, low-life, scumbag, Rogers County Sheriff, under threat of re-jailing, to hire defense attorneys in violation of both the Oklahoma and United States Constitutions. These petty, worthless, sorry, low-life, scumbag, crooked defense attorneys lied and defrauded our sons in cooperation with the petty, worthless, sorry, low-life, scumbag District Attorney in violation of their oaths of office and the adversarial system of justice that is required by law to exist in the State of Oklahoma. We paid for four attorneys, three of which we later see are obvious criminals.
The original charges under which our sons were arrested were so obviously false, that the petty, worthless, sorry, low-life, scumbag Rogers County District Attorney purposely and knowingly, filed different false charges that made no sense and maliciously prosecuted our sons in order to muddy the waters and protect the rogue police officers from false arrest lawsuits.
On a side note, a man and woman broke into a locked vehicle on a rural acreage and stole a billfold, cash, and jewelry. Then they went inside the residence and took a gun, our video camcorder, and other property. The woman burglar turned the billfold containing a driver's license and everything, except the cash, into a neighboring police department. The sheriff's Deputy said this District Attorney refused to file charges on the pair so there was no further investigation and no arrest made.
The Sheriff's Deputy then told the crime victim, "We cant just go out and throw people in jail." Oh yeah? Look on the following web pages at the false arrests and false charges filed against our children by this District Attorney.
This man had burglarized several people in that area including a professional type hunter for equipment totalling over ten thousand dollars. He burglarized his cousin's home and stole and pawned his grandfather's hunting guns..............And he is still out and running free, as far as we know. There is no law enforcement in this judicial district. Arrests are made on the person to be arrested's ability to pay. As the State Senator said, "These attorneys have to make a living."
What could be the purpose in having this District Attorney? What does he do? Collect insufficient funds checks? Harass, intimidate, endanger, and slander our children, and try to tear down everything we have worked for? Mr. petty, worthless, sorry, low-life, scumbag District Attorney, we want our video camcorder returned to us. You know who stole it. You see we can be petty too.
We have no fear of your threats to stalk and jail us or of the corrupt political machine that keeps you in office. If we have to sacrifice our lives to keep you and your cronies from destroying the lives of our children, so be it. Why do you bother us? You waste our time and resources and you anger us. You should be ashamed of yourself.
You should look up a document known as the Constitution of the United States and read that document. You will see that all of the actions you have instituted against our family are illegal.
As they say, Rogers County Oklahoma is the most corrupt county in the United States. If you have any decency about you, you will cease your conspiratorial criminal actions and work to clean the corruption from this judicial district.
